The current news worth mentioning involves Josh McRoberts and Danny Granger: the newest additions to the Miami Heat.
Miami Heat’s “The Big 3” may currently have countless deals in question, but we are going to put a few other stars in the limelight for a moment. The current news worth mentioning involves Josh McRoberts and Danny Granger: the newest additions to the Miami Heat. The bulk of the Heat’s free agency money went to locking down McRoberts with a deal of 4 years at an estimated $23 million. Granger sealed the deal with a 2 year deal at $4.2 million.
As a versatile power forward with an uncanny passing and shooting ability, Roberts was pursued by eight teams who fought hard for a verbal commitment, but naturally he chose our home team. He averaged 8.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game last season.
Granger averaged 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game last season.
Both players can’t officially sign with Miami until Thursday, but we are happy to go ahead and welcome them to our team.
