Italian luxury house Fendi is partnering up with private developer Château Group to create an exclusive 12-story luxe condominium in Miami. Slated to be completed in June 2016, Fendi Château Residences—Fendi’s first ever branded real estate project—will be located just a stone’s throw away from the stylish Bal Harbour Shops.
“Characterized by an innovative undulated architecture that echoes the waves, Fendi Château Residences features expansive waterfront apartments with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Its residences and deluxe amenities combine function along with Fendi’s style on a grand scale for the very first time,” says Manuel Grosskopf, president of Château Group.
The uniquely-shaped development will feature 58 oceanfront apartments ranging in size from 3,300 to over 7,000 square feet. Priced from $5 million to $22 million, all of the sumptuous pads will boast 10-foot ceilings, Italian marble baths, glass-railed terraces, and chef’s kitchens outfitted with Fendi Casa cabinets and Gaggenau appliances.
Characterized by customized designs, the lavish homes’ interiors will showcase distinctive materials such as bronzed reflections, smoky glass, and streaked woods. Residents will also be offered the option of decorating their pads with Fendi Casa elements.
The Residences will also house a number of common areas, including a lounge, a library, a business hub, a kid’s club, a ballroom, and a private cinema… not to mention a fitness center with ocean views; bike storage; several beachfront pools with cabanas; reflective ponds; spas and Jacuzzis; and a relaxation terrace. Residents will be treated to five-star, white-glove services, including a 24-hour doorman, multi-lingual concierge staff, beachfront and poolside service, and a valet.
