Over the last year a new development has been erected in the form of an outdoor shopping mall complete with numerous stores, a cinema and places to eat. Entitled THE BEACH, a the landmark development from Meraas Holding is Dubai’s very own shoreline destination and latest addition to the city’s leisure and entertainment landscape. It has created the first-of-its-kind art hub at the Dubai Marina.
Most recently, the development most hosted ‘Live Artist Window’, ‘Street Art Project’ in addition to live street performances, as part of the 2014 Dubai Art Season. The month-long cultural fiesta featured live street music performers and art installations, creating a carnival-like ambiance for lovers of culture and families desiring to spend time more time outdoors.
THE BEACH is also gaining recognition as an investment for a long-term tourism development that aims to bring about an increasing creative ethos to the region.
