Pilates in the Grove Offers Men the Ultimate Fathers Day Golf Experience
Men and Pilates? Yes, you heard me right. Pilates in the Grove is offering not only athletes, but you, a Pilates-centric Golf Workshop to help you perfect that handsome swing.
Celebrity athletic Pilates instructor Christa Gurka (who trains Eric Spoelstra of the Miami Heat, Cristie Kerr and Natalie Gulbis LPGA and former PGA players as well), is now at your disposal.
This fathers day experience is comprised of two-parts: Correction and assessment (where the men get to work on the reformer! Chic!). Strength, flexibility and range of motion are tested and men are provided with an individualized home exercise program.
For $100, men are given a two-hour workshop on how the body and muscles are affected, overall, and a 45-minute private the assessment is given a separate day. The second option of $200, the men are provided a workshop, an assessment or group classes-private session.
