Big Names Sign Up For Miami’s New Construction Show

The New Construction Show may not take place until August 29-31, 2014, but already some of Miami’s biggest names are on board.  Here is a rundown of the show that will showcase over 100 new construction projects and 80 real estate-related service providers.
The Dezer Properties and The Related Group are the latest on board. Pairing up for many projects, they are set to keep changing Sunny Isles Beach.
Over the past 44 years, Michael Dezer innovative vision’s and his Dezer Properties company has grown to encompass a unique and strategic holdings in New York, Florida and Las Vegas.
The Terra Group, David Martin and Pedro Martin, have also decided to jump on board with Modern Doral. David and Pedro have been developing various projects that will better the communities throughout South Florida.
Michael Sadov’s company, Terrazas, has the slogan “Live. Life. Well.” Sadov explains that his team does not only rent apartments, but they make their costumers feel comfortable and secure from the moment they put a foot on their new home.
Costa Hollywood- Liberty Grande with Moses Bensusan, Fernando Valdivieso, and Michael Capponi are on board too. They are A-list developers who have proven to have extensive experience in developing high-end commercial properties across Canada and the United States.
Among the Real Estate Related service providers that we can expect in the Construction Show are: Gold Coast School, Pristine Property Management LLC, DPI Showcase Website-  Mark Weithorn, among many others. The Miami New Construction Show will be 3 full days of nonstop interaction with potential clients, real estate developers and their teams. There will be more than eighty real estate professionals to network with, whom will be ready to share their experiences on both foreign and domestic prospect real estate needs. There will be more than a hundred new construction projects featured to reach the 35,000 national and international visitors to the show there will be massive exposure that weekend.
