Celebrated Italian eatery Don Alfonso 1890 is now open at the Shangri-La in Dubai. The much-loved Italian eaterie has now extended its opening hours to introduce a gourmet business lunch.
Don Alfonso 1890’s lunch menu features the possibility of ordering simply a main course for those who need to dine and then dash, or two courses – a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert. For those who can spend their afternoon in typical Italian style of eating and chatting over a lengthier meal, the restaurant offers a business lunch menu comprising a starter, main course and dessert.
The Dubai launch follows successful Don Alfonso 1890 openings in Macau, Marrakesh and Rome and draws on its impressive pedigree to serve authentic yet contemporary Mediterranean cuisine. A multitude of global accolades for Don Alfonso 1890’s ‘living off the land’ approach to five-star dining, including the Five Star Diamond Award from 2000 to 2013, confirm Don Alfonso 1890’s reputation for culinary excellence.

Don Alfonso 1890 is open Monday-Saturday from 12noon-3pm for lunch and again from 7pm – 11.30pm for dinner.
