Swire Hotels Announce EAST Miami, What Will Be the Hautest Hotel at City Centre

Meet Brickell City Center, a new city within a city, which is soon to be an epicenter of fashion, luxury and hospitality.  I had the unique opportunity to speak with Brian Williams, Managing Director of Swire Hotels who is building the hotel portion of City Center.

EAST, Miami, is the name of the hotel, which will be the first of Swire Hotels Properties to open in the United States. With 263 keys (aka rooms), this Arquitectonica property will also feature 89 serviced apartments, appropriately called EAST Residences (1-3 bedrooms with all of the same amenities available as in EAST Miami). With over 5.4 million square feet in the works (the size of City Center), the hotel is said to be ready the last quarter of 2015. What was most impressive is the rooftop ball room. Think of the Boom Boom Room at the Standard in New York; complete 360 degree views of our Magic City.
