Wine lovers… Attn: Wine lovers! The Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner series continues on Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Michael Mina 74, the resort’s new signature restaurant by critically-acclaimed chef Michael Mina, with a four-course wine pairing dinner with wines hand-selected and presented by Manuel Louzada, Estate Director of Bodega Numanthia – the renowned Spanish winery located in the heart of the country’s Toro region.
Priced at $155 per person, the evening will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a reception featuring KRUG Champagne and commence with the dinner located in the Michael Mina 74’s private dining room, featuring a hand-tailored menu crafted by chef de cuisine Thomas Griese.
