Michael Mina Presents One Night Only Greatest Hits Menu at Stonehill Tavern
If you want the absolute best dishes that Michael Mina has in his arsenal, you’re going to love this one-night-only VIP experience available at Mina’s Stonehill Tavern.
The James Beard winning-chef will be on hand at his gourmet eatery at the St. Regis Monarch Beach on May 22 alongside Stonehill Tavern’s Executive Chef Raj Dixit, to create a four-course menu composed of his greatest hits.
Guests will enjoy the classic Ahi Tuna Tartare, the famed Maine Lobster Pot Pie – both prepared tableside – as well as the succulent and tender Wagyu Beef, and the delectable dessert trolley cart.
Keep in mind that the greatest hits menu hasn’t been served before, and may not be served again, so you definitely want to book your reservations as soon as possible for seating between 6pm and 9pm.
Pricing for this exclusive event is $145 per person*; $195 with wine pairings. In addition, guests will receive a signed copy of Mina’s cookbook.
