When an invitation reads “Wear your favorite little black dress and get ready for a night of fun!”, you know an evening will be just that. When Bulgari is involved, you know no one is going to be looking at your LBD – it’s all about the baubles.

So began “Ladies Night Out,” an evening of gorgeous gems hosted by Bulgari and benefitting the Geffen Playhouse and Determined to Succeed, an educational program helping low-income, at risk students get into college.

Actress and Geffen Playhouse board member Adi Greenberg’s dazzling Santa Monica home was the intimate setting for a mix of 60 women, luscious food and drink and plenty of time to try on more than a few of Bulgari’s  newest jewels, including pieces from Diva, Mediterranean Eden and B.Zero1 summer collections.

Bulgari Beverly Hills manager Adrienne Lee and Nathalie Diamantis, the company’s VP of Retail and Wholesale, also showed off their newest collection of handbags with colors that appropriately popped for spring.

Guests such as Teri Hatcher and Nicole Sullivan,  Pamela Robinson Hollander, Geffen Playhouse Board Co-Chair; designer Monique Lhullier; Abby Adams, Executive Director, Determined to Succeed; Judy Stern; Regina Miller, Geffen Playhouse Development Officer; Mary Ann Gold, Tatsinda Cohen, Charlene Fitzgibbon, April Royster, Christine Markats-Lowe, Yvonne Lee and Jill Grey sipped on Ruinart champagne and Double Cross Vodka cocktails while savoring hors d’oeuvres such as stone-oven cooked pizzas, grilled salmon and chicken from Alligator Pear Catering.
