Tom Ford Launches E-Commerce Site & Same-Day Delivery for Manhattan Shoppers
There’s no longer a need to brave the crowds to secure designer duds from Tom Ford. The 52-year-old designer launched an e-commerce site today brimming with chic accessories for men and women, including handbags, shoes, small leather goods, eyewear and jewelry.
“I have waited patiently to introduce e-commerce until I felt the foundation of the brand was well established offline,” Ford said in a statement. “We now have 98 retail locations worldwide and the online store is an extension of them: it is a beautiful online space that carries exceptionally crafted, hand-made products and offers superlative service.”
Ford’s online site will also include his full range of cosmetics and fragrances. As of now, shipping is currently only limited to US shoppers, but the brand plans to offer international delivery later this year. And Manhattan shoppers have even more reason to add Ford’s goodies to their virtual cart! The e-commerce site will provide same-day delivery in Manhattan, as well as access to the designer’s in-store collection in case a product is not available online.
