
The Revolution at 2 Sparrows
For the second time, 2 Sparrows is teaming up with Chicago-based Revolution Brewing for a beer dinner on Friday, March 21st. Logan Square meets Lincoln Park at this four-course dinner, which will feature a collaboration from two of Chicago’s most creative minds and neighborhoods. The evening’s menu will highlight four courses of locally inspired and sourced composed plates, from a hearty sweetbreads start to a nostalgic dessert.
Each course will be paired with a different Revolution brew – plus, a surprise welcome beer will be served as guests settle in and wait for the pairing festivities to begin. The menu is as follows:
Veal Sweetbreads, Cauliflower, White Beans, Whole Grain Mustard
Revolution Coup D’etat Saison
Bay Scallops, Sweet Pea Pasta, Cream
Revolution Double Fist IPA
Smoked Lamb, Smashed-Fried Potatoes, Blue Cheese, Herbs
Revolution 4th Year Beer
Éclair, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Strawberries
Revolution 4th Eugene Porter
The Revolution Brewing Dinner at 2 Sparrows begins at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $55 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Seating is limited to 60 guests and reservations are required by calling (773) 234-2320.
