Michelin Starred Chef in the Kitchen at Colette Miami

There is nothing like having a true Parisian meal when not n Paris. I have found your new spot: Colette. Located on Lincoln Road, this gem has a Michelin starred chef in its kitchen, Fredrik Boldron. Who would have thought. Also, I must say their escargot are truly heavenly; the best in Miami! Colette’s owner Francis Pittiloni tells me the secret to this dish is “we add a cognac when the dish is boiling hot, that is what makes it special.”

The Michelin starred Chef Fredrik Boldron worked in Paris at Le Bristol, La Grande Cascade and L’Ane Rouge. Bon Appetit!
