Haute 100 Update: Alonzo Mourning To Host Fundraiser With Obama

Alonzo Mourning and his wife Tracy are hosting a Democratic National Committee fund-raiser at their Pinecrest home tonight to be attended by President Barack Obama. ‘Zo and the Prez played a round of golf last month at The Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, which perhaps served as the impetus for the event.

Their palatial Pinecrest home is the perfect place to host a swanky affair with a cadre of heavy-hitting dems. including U.S. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Ted Deutch and DCCC Chair Steve Isreal.  Obama seems to be playing his cards right, conducting more and more business in the sunshine state while D.C. suffers an unseasonably cold March with snow and ice.
