Fish Bar Has Crabs
Get your cracking hand ready; it’s time for Fish Bar‘s (2956 N. Sheffield) seasonal Dungeness Crab Boil. On Thursday, March 20th, DMK Restaurants welcomes hungry crab-lovers in for hammering, claw cracking and more at this Lakeview seafood shack, with 100% of the proceeds benefitting Shedd Aquarium as part of DMK’s Friends of Fish program. Every spring, Dungeness crabs come into season and Fish Bar, always sustainable and responsible, is shipping in crabs for Chicagoans to get their fix. Mallets and metal crab crackers will be presented as succulent crabs are boiled in seasoned water with traditional boiling veggies.
For $40 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), tickets include lobster bisque, a half Dungeness crab, boiled potatoes and a nice cold Red Hook ESB to wash it all down.
Two seatings will be available for the boil; 6:30/7pm and 8:30/9pm. Tickets can be purchased by visiting fishbarhascrabs.bpt.me.
