Mayor Carolyn Goodman celebrated her birthday by taking the family to see Terry Fator: The Voice of Entertainment at the Mirage on Tuesday night. Earlier in the day, Fator and puppet Monty Carlo surprised the mayor in her office by presenting her with a proclamation from Monty (now known as the Mayor of Fatorville). The duo then sang “Happy Birthday” to the mayor, who was elated with the midday surprise.
