Brett Ratner is moving into the realm of cable TV production.
Television is the latest venture for the super-producer, who recently closed a $450 million financing deal with Warner Bros.
“I’m about to close a joint venture with a cable network,” he said during the 38th annual UCLA Entertainment Symposium last week, adding, “TV is a big focus for us over the next few years.”
Ratner’s RatPac-Dune, a venture will Australian billionaire James Packer, is also responsible for helping to finance Brad Pitt‘s seamless Plan B production company move from Paramount to New Regency.
