Boulevard Nightlife Group brought a sneak peek of its latest venture to Los Angeles over the weekend as 50 VIPs were ferried into Malibu to experience Project LA.

Cherry-picked guests including Mel Gibson, Ray Liotta, DJ Calvin Harris, Amaury Nolasco and director Ariel Vroman were flown in via helicopter or Uber’s luxury line to an undisclosed private gallery designed by architect Steven Kent in Malibu to celebrate the newly announced nightclub.

The stars sipped Dom Perignon and received engraved bottles of the 2004 luminous commemorating the brunch, as well as gifts from Cotton Citizen. They noshed on bites from Mr. C’s of Beverly Hills and were serenaded by a violinist and opera singer.

This star-studded brunch is the first of their upcoming events leading to Project LA’s official opening. The nightclub is designed by V squared labs, an award winning experiential visual arts studio based in Los Angeles, and architectural powerhouse Gensler.

Project Los Angeles will be launching sometime this summer in Los Angeles.

Boulevard Nightlife Group also owns LA institutions like Lure, Supperclub LA, The Writer’s Room, Hemingway’s and Lure.
