She will uncover the mysteries of the cocoa bean and explain the best way to taste chocolate, before giving participants the chance to continue the fun at home with a ‘made easy’ garnishes and a demonstration book. End the chocolate-filled day with a decadent afternoon tea in Corinthia’s Lobby Lounge under their stunning Baccarat chandelier.
