Wildfox Kicks Off 5th Annual Model Beach Volleyball Tournament
Is there a better way to celebrate Miami’s beautiful sunshine than a volleyball tournament? How about one with models as players. On February 8 and 9, Wildfox Couture is sponsoring the 5th Annual Model Beach Volleyball Tournament where Miami’s top modeling agencies will compete against each other for the victory. Whilemina, Ford, Elite and many more will have co-ed teams dressed completely in custom Wildfox eyewear, swimwear and apparel.
Shape Magazine will also be on site live-streaming the events which include “dunking a model” with a free dunk tank for spectators, an early preview of the Wildfox Sun Collection and VIP tents with various celebrity guests. In the past, Jamie Foxx, Michael Bay and Joanna Krupa have attended. Starting at $100, VIP tickets can be purchased online to mingle with the models and enjoy the shade of a cabana.
The weekend-long event kicks off with an invite only Wildfox Swimwear Agency Fitting Party on the 6th, followed by the exclusive Official Kickoff Party at the Grove at the W Hotel. The night continues with an open event at WALL at the W, beginning at 11:30 p.m. Day one of the tournament begins on Saturday from 10-6 at Lummus Park, located between 7th and 8th on Ocean Drive. Sunday, the festivities continue from 10-6 with the championship match beginning around 5. May the best agency win.
