The Forge Hires Michelin-Star Chef
The Forge, one of Miami’s longest running Haute restaurants, is getting a new head chef named Christopher Lee. We think he will certainly be able to live up to our expectations, considering his work history. The New York native has spent time working at Gilt, which has two Michelin stars and Aureole, which has one. This won’t be Lee’s first gig in Miami. He has worked in Miami beach in the past. According to the chef, “It is an honor to join the legendary team at The Forge…I look forward to moving to Miami and giving it my all.”
Most recently, Lee was the executive chef of a marina resort in Rhode Island and will start at The Forge very soon. Lucky for us, he will be debuting his talents at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, representing The Forge.
