The Florentine Offers A Taste of Piemonte
One of my favorite Italian restaurants in the world, The Florentine, partners with Maverick Wine Company to take guests on a journey through Piemonte, Italy with a special wine tasting class. Kurt Fraim of Maverick Wine Company will introduce the northwest Italian region to wine enthusiasts with a taste of signature wines and small dishes from Piemonte, including:

Guests will have the opportunity to purchase the featured wines at the industry rate and Prosecco will be served upon arrival. The class costs $35 per guest (exclusive of tax and gratuity), and reservations are required. For reservations call 312-660-8866.
