Rosewood Abu Dhabi to Host ‘Kings and Queens Nights’
Rosewood Abu Dhabi, one of the capital’s latest luxury hotels and situated on Al Maryah Island, will soon host ‘Kings and Queens Nights’ – six continuous nights filled with glamorous entertainment and delicious meals at Spice Mela, the hotel’s Pan-Indian restaurant from 19-24 January.
The devised tasting menu is inspired by meals prepared at the courts of Awadh, Kashmir, Hyderabad and Bhopal. Among the dishes to be prepared are Lamb nehari shorba, a slow braised lamb with nutmeg, royal cumin and yogurt; Lamb Kakori, a kebab made with gram flour, saffron and caramelized onion, and Shahi Tukra, an Indian dessert made with eggless bread pudding and smoked bread.
Set out to be a truly unique dining experience, ‘The Kings and Queens’ menu proposes to take guests through some of India’s most renowned courts and all through means of superb Indian dishes.
