Roka Akor Old Orchard and Roka Akor Chicago (456 North Clark St) are inviting guests to two exclusive wine dinners ($85 per person) on back-to-back nights on Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30 to celebrate the award-winning varieties from Laetitia Vineyard and Winery. Each wine will be expertly paired with a mouthwatering dish from Roka Akor’s skilled chefs in an exciting five-course dinner.
Guests at both dinners will also be given the rare opportunity to chat with Eric Hickey, President and Head Winemaker of Laetitia Vineyard. As an added bonus to the experience, Hickey is bringing with him barrel samples from the California vineyard for guests to learn about how wines are influenced by the oak regime and taste the differences in the wine depending on oak exposure.
