Countdown to Chinese New Year at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai
A special feast in honor of the Chinese Year of the Horse will take place this year at Blue Jade in the Ritz-Carlton Dubai. The hotel’s popular Pan-Asian restaurant will celebrate the Chinese New Year a delicious array of Chinese fare made by culinary masters from China.
From dim sums to exquisite Asian fare, in the four-day countdown celebration leading to the Chinese New Year, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai offers lovers of Asian food an enticing mixture of cuisine and culture. Other events include a Chinese Cooking Class with guests chefs from Shenzhen, China; Dim Sum Happy Hours, taking place everyday throughout the month from 1-31 January and the Journey to China menu, featuring a four-course set menu inspired by the diverse variety of Chinese cuisine. It features crispy fish spring rolls, seafood soup with shitake mushrooms, roasted duckling with baby vegetables and mouth-watering Chinese desserts.
