Three-star Michelin Chef Huges Pouget has opened a US outpost Hugo & Victor, his famous Parisian patisserie, at The Webster in Miami Beach.  Hugo & Victor serves as a perfect upscale stop for Webster shoppers and chic South Beach peeps alike. Hugo & Victor offers a seasonal pastry menu, which changes every two months. Fresh, ripe fruit is used to make a The Hugo, a genuine desert dish, The Victor, which is a perfect pastry and the Season’s Hemisphere, which is a chocolate bon-bon with a caramel center.  H&V is the perfect setting for tea time or just picking up a beautiful assortment of chocolates for your Valentine.
