Haute 100 Update Miami: Don Peebles Launches Bath Club Estates Luxury Home Concept
Last month, visionary developer and business mogul R. Donahue Peebles unveiled Bath Club Estates, an addition of 13 homes to the prestigious, members-only Bath Club.
Now they are announcing their all-star design team was hand selected by Katrina Peebles, including award-winning architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia (Arquitectonica) and designers Alexandra Champalimaud (Hotel Bel-Air, The Waldorf Astoria), Jennifer Post (Bath Club, Setai Miami), Joao Armentano (Sushi Kin Restaurant, Mostra Black), and Alison Spear (Arquitectonica).
Each member of the “dream team” is highly celebrated for their unique style, which allows buyers to create a customized space that speaks to their personality and lifestyle. Peebles’ goal was to craft a unique buying experience in order to reinvent the art of luxury living.
Peebles explains, “The Bath Club Estates captures the essence of a legendary Miami Beach location, while reflecting the aesthetic individualism of each owner.”
Located on the Collins Waterfront Historic District, The Bath Club Estates feature one, two, three and four bedroom houses, each on a private floor, as well as penthouse and sprawling villa options. Residents will enjoy a private plunge pool for each home, two fully enclosed garage bays, two chauffeur-driven Maserati house cars, private cabanas and much more. The amenities offered add to the already unparalleled living experience created by The Bath Club Residences.
