Rooney Mara Wears Lanvin to the Oxfam Charity Gala in Dubai

Rooney Mara made a stunning appearance on the red carpet at the Oxfam Charity Gala at Armani Hotel wearing a custom ivory-colored Lanvin gown inspired by the Resort 2014 collection.  An Oxfam global ambassador, Rooney was in town for the second consecutive year to support One Night to Change Lives, the annual gala fundraiser taking place during the Dubai International Film Festival in aid of UAE-based philanthropic organisation, Dubai Cares, and global development and aid agency, Oxfam.

The one-shoulder Lanvin crepe dress featured a sculptural ruffled layered neckline with a slight flared hem, a tiny train plus a cinched waist.  Rooney’s minimalist look was enhanced with dark eye make up, deep red lipstick and a slick back bun marking the occasion as one of the actress’s best red carpet moments.
