Los Angeles Lakers Sport New ‘Hollywood Nights’ Uniforms
On any given day, you’ll find the likes of Jack Nicholson, Kim Kardashian, Andy Garcia, Leonardo DiCaprio and Denzel Washington sitting courtside at the Staples Center to cheer on their team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
And now, the Lakers are paying homage to their A-list fans with a new black uniform, dubbed “Hollywood Nights.”
According to the Lakers’ official website, the look “in part acknowledges the celebrities that have long supported the team, but also serves as a nod to the huge number of people that work behind the scenes to make up one of Los Angeles’ biggest industries.”
The team unveiled their haute new look for the first time this during a game in Brooklyn last week; it will be worn by the team in six games this season.
