Brett Ratner‘s RatPac-Dune Entertainment closed a $300 million credit facility that will be used to finance up to 75 Warner Bros. films.
The facility will be used along with an equity investment to provide funding for the company, which is a partnership between the Rush Hour director, Wall Street financier Steven Mnuchin and Australian businessman James Packer.
It will partially replace financing provided by Legendary Entertainment.
A variety of banks including Bank of America Merrill Lynch may elevate the venture to $400 million.
