Best of Art Miami 2013
Art Miami is always one of my favorite shows during Miami Art Week and this year was no exception. A tour of the fair, which includes a wing for CONTEXT reveals many, many gems that were aching to come home with me. Sure there was the sparkling CIndy installation and the Maserati VIP lounge, but the most intriguing of the fair might have been Jennifer Trask’s Effloresce, a wall mounted sculpture with bone, antler and 18th century antiques.
