Acne Opens Massive Store in Downtown LA

Acne Studios has opened a gigantic 5,000 square-foot store in downtown LA.
The luxury denim brand’s largest store to date and first store in Los Angeles is located in the historic Art Deco-inspired Eastern Columbia Building on South Broadway.
The newly opened shop will carry men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and denim as well as bags, accessories and footwear.
The store also includes ilcaffè – Acne Studios Creative Director Jonny Johansson’s favourite coffee shop in his hometown of Stockholm.
The chic new digs feature pink terrazzo flooring and contrasting clear blue carpets, perforated aluminium structures and Acne Studios designed furniture.
The store also features “Giant triple mushroom” – an installation by Belgian artist Carsten Höller — and a dedicated area for private VIP shopping appointments.
