The Westin Snowmass Bolsters Winter Offerings
Seven outdoor firepits and a ramen restaurant are just two elements adding to the Snowmass ski scene which make it the apres-ski spot this winter. When The Westin took over the slopeside property last winter, it renovated the rooms in its namesake, and in the neighboring Wildwood which it also manages. In addition, developers remodeled a handful of the dining and drinking options on-site, and this winter will see the debut of two more. Japanese cuisine-lovers will find delight in a new restaurant, serving Ippudo-style ramen, in the Wildwood, and outdoors at The Westin, the three-tiered apres-ski scene will serve food and drinks from the property’s other establishments: Snowmass Kitchen, Vue Lobby Lounge and Ranger Station. Expect live music regularly. There may already be lots of snow on the ground, but things in Snowmass are definitely heating up.
