Roberto Cavalli Celebrates Opening of First Junior Boutique in The Dubai Mall
On 10 October, during the Vogue Fashion Dubai Experience, Roberto Cavalli and Simonetta Spa celebrated the opening of the first worldwide Roberto Cavalli Junior mono-brand boutique in The Dubai Mall with boutique owner Reem Abou Samra. The opening was attended by Roberto and Eva Cavalli and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum Al-Maktoum, member of the board of the Rashid Pediatric Therapy Centre.
For the event, Cavalli created two special limited edition t-shirts for boys and girls. Their graphics are inspired by the iconic animal prints of the fashion house and by the colors of the flag of the United Arab Emirates. Part of the proceeds of the sales of t-shirts will be donated to support Rashid Pediatric Therapy Center.
“Roberto Cavalli’s designs are playful and fun – elements that make them perfect for a children’s line,” said Reem Abou Samra, owner of the Roberto Cavalli Junior Boutique. “When I first saw the collection I knew that the Middle East market would go crazy for them and led me to opening the new exciting boutique which I am extremely proud of.”
This first opening represents an important step for the Maison and marks the beginning of a significant expansion of the brand ‘Roberto Cavalli Junior’ in the Middle East and all over the world.
