Haute Event: Ne-Yo Celebrates His 31st Birthday at Andrea’s, Surrender Nightclub
Locals were out en force on Wednesday night for Surrender Nightclub’s popular Wednesday night industry party, “Surrender Your Wednesday.” A capacity crowd took in a performance by Grammy Award-winning R&B star and local Las Vegan, Ne-Yo, who was celebrating his 31st birthday at the nightclub.
Kicking off the evening, Ne-Yo and a party of 15 dined at Andrea’s at Encore Las Vegas. The group shared edamame, sushi and specialty rolls, black cod, sea bass, crab fried rice and the flaming Mt. Fuji for dessert.
Also spotted at Andrea’s, at a separate table, was local Mike Tyson, who ordered miso soup and tofu “steak” while sipping on green tea.
After dinner, on the patio outside of Andrea’s, Ne-Yo greeted fans before heading into Surrender Nightclub with his crew. After getting comfortably situated in the DJ table next to the custom stage and sipping on Malibu Red cocktails, Ne-Yo took that stage and sang “Everything,” “Miss Independent,” “Let’s Go,” and “Work Hard Play Hard”. While on stage, Ne-Yo was surprised with a birthday cake and had a “Happy Birthday” sing-along as the cake was presented by Surrender’s servers.
