Exclusive Fendi-Designed Villas to Develop in Dubai
Damac Properties, one of the Middle East’s largest luxury private developers, has collaborated with Italian luxury house Fendi to develop fashion-styled interiors in exclusive villas at the Akoya by Damac master development in Dubai.
The project marks Fendi’s foray into villa development following the success of the DAMAC Esclusiva in Saudi Arabi and the Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina.
The new homes will be situated on an island in the heart of the 28 million square feet project, which overlooks the Trump International Golf Club in Dubai. The villas will use Fendi Casa designs and be uniquely styled by Fendi’s specialist interior designers. Pietro Beccari, the CEO of Fendi, stated that the designs will be made according to the carefully studied rhythms of the composition and materials used in each villa.
Akoya also provides an ideal location. Situated just off Umm Sequim Road and ten minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road, the development provides easy access to high end restaurants, a shopping plaza and schools.
