It just keeps snowing in the high country of Colorado, and that means mountain operations staff is busy prepping the Aspen/Snowmass mountains for the season. If Mother Nature cooperates, Aspen Mountain and Snowmass will open Nov. 28, on Thanksgiving. Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands are set to open Dec. 14.
Tickets and season passes are on sale. If you purchase in advance, there are discounts on tickets. For more information, visit the Aspen/Snowmass site.
