Rick Caruso has received approval to moor his 216-foot mega-yacht in Newport Beach.
The billionaire developer of The Grove, 8500 Burton Way and the Americana at Brand has obtained a special permit from the Orange County city.
Last month the Newport Beach Harbor Commission voted to allow two large yachts to moor for a set period of time near the west end of Lido Isle.
The Caruso Affiliated CEO will be allowed to moor the Invictus for 16 total days over a two-month period.
