Designer Inspiration: Mickey Lynn Loves NYC

Atlanta is filled with talented jewelry designers, and as a jewelry-lover, I try to stay on top of the latest and hottest around the city.  But there is one Atlanta-based jeweler whose designs always leave me in awe.  Enter Mickey Wilcox of Mickey Lynn Designs. I first saw her work about seven years ago.  It was love at first sight. At the time, jewelry making was a hobby, and she worked full-time at Delta.  The designs were simple, but elegant and they are still a big part of my  jewelry collection.  Fast Forward to 2013, Mickey Lynn jewelry is known across the country, worn by celebrities including Margaret Cho and Kate Levering and featured in major magazines.  Her Fall 2013 collection is no exception.  “We created a line that to pay tribute to NYC glamour and edge, ” says designer Mickey Wilcox about what inspired her latest designs. ” I wanted to create a line that conveyed NYC inspiration and the feel of effortless, eclectic glamour.” Using the brightest, natural and organic gemstones, she does just that. This collection is filled with unique, show-stopping pieces..
