Thousands of Ditch Fridays partygoers headed to Palms to catch R&B heartthrob, Robin Thicke’s sultry poolside performance on Friday afternoon.

Looking dapper in a navy blue suit with a deep snap-up V-neck, gold chain and his trademark aviator sunglasses and perfectly coiffed hair, Thicke opened up about his excitement about being in Las Vegas before hitting the stage.

“My favorite thing about Las Vegas is the unpredictability,” said Thicke. “And the shushness of it all,” he added while chuckling.

Thicke was all smiles while taking to the stage to perform hits “Give It 2 U” and “Lost Without You” for screaming fans. The soulful artist cut “Lost Without You” short and cut straight to the chase and gave the crowd what they wanted to hear: “Blurred Lines.” Performing alongside three gorgeous dancers sporting white high-waisted skirts, crop tops, gold jewelry and red lipstick, reminiscent to the song’s highly popularized music video, Thicke gave a powerhouse performance of Billboard Magazine’s “Song of the Summer” as if though it were his first time singing the song.

Following his performance, Thicke invited more than 50 radio contest winners to his private VIP booth, where he posed for photographs and chatted with fans.  When one lucky contest winner asked Thicke to do a quick video shout out on her phone for a family member, the singer happily did so.

The musician reveled in the dayclub’s dynamic atmosphere, walking over to several excited cabana guests seated next to his section to introduce himself.
