Celebrity Designer Co-Hosts Biscayne Beach Penthouse Collection Party
Top Miami professionals and elites got a chance to engage in a private sit-down dinner inside Wynwood’s Gary Nader Fine Art gallery where they got an inside glimpse at the Biscayne Beach Penthouse Collection Sandcastles in the Sky.
Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s own Celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia was the special guest of the evening alongside hosts Eastview Development, Cervera Real Estate, and GTIS Partners.
Filicia is the exclusive design partner for the Biscayne Beach project which consists of 51-story luxury high-rise condos on the bay, the first bayfront beach club of its kind in the area. The club will be directly facing the bay and be fully equipped with swimming piers, paddle boards, and other water sport activities.
