Sneak Peek At Privé At Dumbfoundling Bay

The first renderings of private island project Privé have been released. It shows two twin rectangular buildings with sixteen floors surrounding a pool. The property is remarkable as it is a totally undeveloped island in Aventura requiring passage between multiple guard gates. The design firm responsible for the condo’s design is Sieger Suarez, known for unusual concepts. While the structures look more massive than the island itself, this will no doubt become one of the hottest properties in Aventura.
