Haute Event: Dark Dining Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Ball

Dark Dining Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Ball

Step inside a tantalizing world of secret foods, exotic specialty acts, and endless cocktails, at the Dark Dining Eyes Wide Shut Masquerade Ball. Taking place on September 20th inside the Coral Gables Country Club, Chef Adrianne Calvo will entice her diners with a secret menu, feeding them multiple courses while they are blindfolded, maximizing the senses, alongside an unlimited open bar, all of which helps benefit the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

All guests are asked to come dressed in their finest for this black tie event, while baring a bejeweled masquerade-inspired mask. There are two seatings available for the evening, with the first starting at 7pm for VIP cocktail hour, then dinner beginning an hour after. The last seating is at 9pm, starting with cocktails then immediately following with dinner at 10pm. For those looking to mingle with the chef and take in a sensual masquerade show poolside, arrive an hour before your seating for the pre-cocktail hour soiree.

Proceeds to the event will go to Chef Adrianne Calvo’s Make it Count foundation, inspired by her sister Jennifer who passed away from cancer at 19 years old.
