Stephen STARR Events Named As Caterer And Restaurateur For PAMM
When the Pérez Art Museum Miami opens this December, it will have famed restaurateur Stephen Starr running the complex’s food and beverage operations. Starr Restaurants is the name behind Bal Harbour’s Makoto, Steak 954 in Fort Laurderdale, and Buddakan and Morimoto in New York. But this is not the first cultural institution he is feeding – Starr has an impressive list that includes New York Botanical Gardens and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
[highlight_text]“We are excited to expand our catering and events services in the Florida market with a world class partner like the Perez Art Museum Miami,” comments Stephen Starr.[/highlight_text] “I believe the combination of our incredible food and services and the museum’s cutting-edge setting will make PAMM a truly sought out event space.” The event space, by the way, is already getting booked for special events.
So now we’re looking forward not only to the Herzog & de Meuron building, incredible art but also the food we’ll be able to enjoy at the parties and restaurants.
