Damac’s First Golf Condominiums Announced in Dubai

Leading Dubai luxury real estate firm Damac Properties recently announced the development of its first golf condominiums in Dubai. Part of the Akoya Project, Damac’s largest development to date, the construction will also include the Trump International Golf Club. The residences built on the property will be the first for American businessman Donald Trump.

The rooms of the new golf condimium have been developed in order to provide clear views onto the golf course below. They have also been categorized into the following regions: Golf Panorama, Golf Horizon, Golf Vista, Golf Terrace and Golf Veduta,

Damac is now looking to acquire international buyers for its construction, especially those eager to invest in properties available in Dubai.

Prices for the residences start from AED 900,000 ($245,000) for a studio, with one, two, three and four-bedrooms also available.
