Trecento Quindici Decano Opens in Aspen

The St. Regis Aspen’s new restaurant, Trecento Quindici Decano, opened last night to a patio full of well-heeled guests ready to start the summer festival season. The Italian restaurant, named after the property’s address 315 E. Dean St., will feature hand-crafted items by Executive Chef Thomas Riordan. Passed appetizers includes a deconstructed caprese nibbler, corn angolotti, and a pistachio cake. Specialty cocktails were prepared using Woody Creek Distillers vodka.

The remodeled restaurant features an muted tone palette, with soft grays, greens and red. Aspen gallery Valley Fine Art curated the pieces on the walls, and playful touches like a ping pong table in a side room offer activities to keep young and old entertained.

St. Regis Aspen’s Executive Chef David Viviano, joining The St. Regis from The Westin Phoenix Downtown in Phoenix, Arizona will bolster the menu, which includes  traditional Italian dishes such as housemade pizza, handmade pasta and focaccia.

Trecento Quindici Decano is open for breakfast and lunch from 7 am until 2 pm, daily. Dinner is offered Sunday through Thursday, 6 pm until 10 pm, and Friday and Saturday, 6 pm until 11 pm. For more information, or to a make reservation please call Trecento Quindici Decano at The St. Regis Aspen at 970.920.3300 or visit the website.
