The reality starlet gave birth to a daughter on Saturday afternoon at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood.
According to E!, the network which airs her popular show, her boyfriend (and the father of her child), Kanye West, was by her side for the delivery. The network also reports that the baby weighed in at under five pounds.
