Almaz by Momo’s Iftar
Popular Moroccan restaurant Almaz by Momo will offer its legendary Maghrebin cuisine each evening throughout Ramadan.
The Iftar will include such specialties as soup of the day and Harrira soup made with celery, chickpeas, lentils, fresh herbs and vermicelli; home baked bread including Batbout, Barbar pancake with honey and Moroccan bread; fatouch, Moroccan salad, arabic mezzeh, lamb Kebbeh and spinach Fatayer; main courses served with rice and couscous including Almaz by Momo’s signature tagines, and Mechoui – lamb shoulder slowly roasted and served with vegetable broth, among other delicacies. The popular Ramadan drinks Jallab juice made with dates, Qamrideen juice made with apricots, and Laban as well as desserts including Arabic sweets such as Baqlaua, home made Moroccan and a variety of international sweets, will also be served. In addition, an a la carte menu will be available each evening, while Suhoor will start from 9pm and offer Arabic delicacies and Ramadan special dishes.
