There’s good news for those who were planning on attending David Chang and Roy Choi’s collaborative effort at the Hotel Bel-Air on June 18.
Not only will the event be held at Wolfgang Puck’s in-hotel eatery, but the man himself will be on hand as well to provide guests with a culinary extravaganza.
Puck, Chang and Choi will present the ultimate Chefs Dinner which features an amuse bouche followed by five courses of Asian-inspired dishes using farmers’ market ingredients selected by the men that morning.
The evening is priced at $190 per person, excluding beverage, tax and gratuity, and open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests. Optional wine pairing is available for an additional $80.
