Porsche 911 has been selected as the “Honored Marque” for this year’s Concours d’Elegance on Rodeo Drive.

The iconic sports car will join the celebration of Learjet’s 50th anniversary on June 16, Father’s Day, during the Jet Age-themed event.

In addition to the Learjet 85, which will actually be parked on Rodeo Drive, this year’s Concours will feature autos inspired by the Jet Age, with smooth aerodynamic body shapes from the 1950s and 60s as well as showcase “The Best of the Best” with pre-‐‑1975 classic cars of any brand considered by the show’s curators.

“Nothing says style and performance like Porsche,” says Rodeo Drive Concours Chairman Bruce Meyer. “We are thrilled to help Porsche and the 911 celebrate this important milestone on Rodeo Drive with a special tribute to one of the world’s most important brands.”
